BIG JIM COLOSSIMO: Rigatoni pasta served with Mama Valentino’s home-made 5 oz meatball, and fresh country marinara sauce.

MARRY ME CHICKEN: So good you’ll want to propose. Boneless chicken breast dressed with a creamy garlic and herb sauce, topped with sliced tomatoes. Served with baked potato and fresh steamed green beans.

VITO’S NEW YORK STRIP: 12 oz strip, charbroiled to perfection with a house blend seasoning, then brushed with butter. Served with a classic baked potato, and fresh steamed green beans.

SLEEPIN WITH DA FISHES: Atlantic Salmon: Broiled salmon filet glazed with lemon juice, served with fresh steamed green beans, and a baked potato.

ANGRY JOHNNY TORRIO: Spicy Pasta Arrabbiata: Gluten-free pasta, tossed with a red pepper chili flake­­–infused Pomodoro sauce, and served with fresh spring vegetables.
